Brought in my wife's Note 5. Was told 3-5 days. AFter almost 3 weeks they finally say they have the new screen in. I drop off the phone and am told 24 hours it will be done. I come back the next day and get told its now in Toledo and will be another couple days. Then I go to get it and they tell me they put the screen on it but it doesn't work, they also claim that magically they got a second screen in the 2 days they had the phone and the second screen doesn't work either. (took almost 3 weeks to get the first screen but they somehow managed to get another in 2 days).
They claimed when my wife dropped the phone "it must have damaged the display chip" This is when I knew they were full of it and lying to me. When the phone was dropped it cracked the LCD but the screen still worked for a couple days as the lcd display slowly leaked out and turned the screen purple starting in the top corner, but the "chip" obviously still worked. I was further convinced they never even attempted a repair when I turned the phone on as I was walking back to my car and it streamed weeks worth of notification tones for a solid 45 seconds, meaning they had never even turned on the phone.
Took the phone up the road to "Inspect UR Gadget" told them what happened, they had a new screen for me within 3 days, had the phone repaired in a couple hours......and guess what, the "chip" was fine and it only needed a new screen.
These people wasted my time, kept my wife from having a working phone for nearly a month and lied countless times. I assume they just didn't want to repair a note since they are one of the harder phones to repair. If that's the case they could have just said that from the begining and not burned weeks of time.

Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. I have had 2 bad experiences with his company. The first was fixing the cracked screen on my wife's phone. I was told it would be done in 2 to 3 days. After many phone calls the phone wasn't done until over a week later. The second experience. I went to buy an IPhone 4 from them so I had something to listen to my music on. I got it home and plugged my headphones in. There was no sound. (not their fault) I took it in and Sam said it would be fixed in 2 days. 2 WEEKS LATER and many phone calls I finally got it back. The sound worked for 1 day....and quit again. I took it BACK... again Sam apologized and told me he was going to order it that day (Friday) and it would be in by Wednesday. I called Thursday... not n ...Friday...not in. I was told a million times Sam would call me back with an update... NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS. After 2 weeks AFTER the promised delivery date I finally went into the store. He still didn't have it. I explained I was less than happy about this. And the employee behind the counter started laughing...Gave me my money back and I left. Although Sam (the guy I talked to most) is a very nice person. The way the business is ran is just a joke. Will never go back there or advise anyone I know...

I needed my laptop screen replaced and they recommended where I order from and told me they would replace it once it was shipped to me. I was originally told it would take a few days as they had numerous projects to fix which was no big deal, but he ended up staying late just to finish mine since he knew I was heading out of town late the next day.
