Need to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at the Buffalo Wild Wings location in Bowling Green on August 31. As someone who frequently travels and enjoys stopping at Buffalo Wild Wings for its great service and delicious food, my recent visit was far from satisfactory.
On August 31, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Buffalo Wild Wings in Bowling Green. Typically, I have been met with excellent service and a delightful dining experience, but this time was quite the opposite. After placing my order, I waited for over an hour for my food to arrive at the table. To my surprise, not a single staff member checked on me during this extended wait.
This incident left me incredibly dissatisfied and frustrated. Waiting for such an extended period without any communication or updates from the staff is not at all reflective of the exceptional service I have come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. As a loyal customer, I felt overlooked and ignored, and it significantly impacted my overall dining experience.
I understand that occasional issues can arise in any establishment, but the lack of communication and attention during my visit was disappointing. I hope that this incident is not indicative of a decline in the quality of service at Buffalo Wild Wings. I truly believe in the potential of the brand and have always recommended it to friends and colleagues.
I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and share any insights or actions that might be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. I value the positive experiences I have had at Buffalo Wild Wings in the past and would like to continue enjoying them...
Read morewhere to start, a large part of my family decided to go to buffalo wild wings on Saturday ( group of 7 people). I tried to make a reservation due to covid and the limited seating situation and was told no reservations can be made. When I arrived I was told their would be a 30 minute wait but ended up sitting at the bar for about an hour. When our party finally got seated it seemed like it was all up hill from here. food came out with in a resalable time as I and a few other people in my group watched the hockey game. The channel was switch and I thought no big deal ill just as the waiter next time he came around to change it back. The waiter then told me that he could not change the channel because it was "pre programmed" after the UFC fight was over someone was scrubbing the channels so, no it was not pre programmed and to make things more interesting I noticed only 1 person in the entire half of the room was watching the ufc fight, to make matters worst the channel that the tv was switched to was a soccer game that I dont think anyone wanted to watch. bottom line for that is dont LIE to your customers. Another issue the entire party had was the food, although the food game out fast the food itself was not at a satisfactory level if you enjoy boneless wings dont get them here unless you like the majority of the wing to be breading and over cooked. If you are going anywhere for boneless chicken then save yourself some money and time by going a little more east to Frickers. Now that the complete Buffalo Wild Wings experience has been unpleasing came time for the bill and even that was messed up.
Bottom line unless some major overhaul happens I will not...

Sat at the bar and placed an order. I planned on getting two items since the BW app offered 6 free wings, so I tell the bartender the first item. They ask me if ranch dressing was okay for my salad as they're turning and walking away from me.
I had no chance to also inform them of the wings. This bartender walks away, puts in my order and helps a few other customers. When I finally get their attention, I say, "I'm sorry, but I wasn't finished ordering." Their response was, "Oh, well I didn't know!"
I put in the second item then wait for the food to arrive. When it does, the porter calls out what I ordered and I raise my hand. The bartender then shouts out, "No it isn't! That goes to those people..." I thought it was an odd coincidence since it had a special request.
Turns out it was mine and the other porter standing there had the other person's order (also sitting at the bar). Theirs had a different special request.
After that, I sat and watched the game and never once did the bartender return to check on me. Instead, the barback took care of me the rest of the time, as i was never once offered a refill on my drink until they (the barback) noticed. The guy sitting next to me was also reeling from his own bad experience with that same bartender.
To top it all off, I ordered nachos during the second half. I made it about 30% through them when I realized the tray, which was in contact with multiple nachos by the time I noticed, was far from clean see photo
Will not be...
