It’s totally fine to change hours, but it makes no sense that they changed their hours to close at 4 and have absolutely zero signs/notices about it. I called yesterday around 5:30 and no one picked up but the voicemail said dining in was allowed and drive thru or delivery. So I went and they had a sign on the door saying the dining in was not open because of maintenance (totally fine) but drive thru was available. In addition to this, there were multiple large signs outside next to the road saying drive thru open so I went to the drive thru, but there were buckets blocking the way. I circled around and realized most lights were off. I decided to call one more time and see if anyone answered or see if delivery was still working. As I sat in the parking lot for about 5 minutes, no less than 6 other cars came and tried to enter the drive thru, park and come in, or pull up for curbside delivery. It’s just really frustrating that they were closed with absolute no notice of it. When I called today to triple check, I asked if they were open because they had been closed when I went by yesterday and the person who answered said quite shortly “our hours are 9-4 pm” and hung up. Since when has Panera’s hours...
Read moreWe went through the drive in and had no one in front or back of us. We ordered 2 cups of soup and a muffin and cookie. Also when we pulled in there was no one in the parking lot either. We waited in the drive through 15 minutes, what the heck!! When we finally did get out soup, the order wasn’t even right. So I had to park and go in, once again there was nobody in the building except for employees, what exactly were they doing? I went up to the counter nobody, I went to the pick up area nobody. I finally called out hello and 1 person came up to the counter. I thought where are the other 5 people I saw through the window? I told them my order was wrong and I needed a bowl of creamy tomato, she looked puzzled and I explained again how I just went through the drive in and here is my receipt, I need a cup of soup. WOW what a deal, stay away from the Panera in...
Read moreUpdate: Still love the food. Everything is still amazing.
Good healthy food. The fountain pop is awesome. Not every place that serves pop has good tasting pop. Too much syrup or carbon. But the mountain dew is the best. I don't drink coffee or alcohol, so I indulge with pop. Lol The food is a bit pricey when you feed a family. But, it's very good and fresh and healthy. So, it feels worth it. The bakery items are great. The atmosphere is fun. I dislike parking to get there. But go after 5 or on the weekends and the parking is free. If you want great sandwiches, soups, salads. Then come here. I love the broccoli cheddar soups, apple fuji chicken salad, and apple walnut bread turkey sandwich with apple slaw and white cheddar....
