Stroh Center — Attraction in Bowling Green

Went for cheer max competition. The parking was atrocious! Definitely needed to have security or a police officer directing traffic. And parking was so limited that people were parking in the thorough fare. Definitely need to either expand parking or make the competition into 2 days. The stroh center, for the most part, was clean inside. There was an extreme number of people though. The entrance was also bad. They didn't tell you anything they didn't forewarn you about searches through your bag. I was carrying my son and trying to keep track of littles and didn't even see the table it was so crowded. When I went to go in, they yelled at me like I had done something wrong and when I rebuttaled and said I didn't know there was a search that its not posted anywhere they got attitudes, and then gave me even more crap because I was shuffling my toddler back and forth to give them my purse and then the diaper bag that is a back pack that they refused to go through while I was wearing it. So, keeping a small child and a toddler with me in a large crowd while doing all this and getting flack for it was pretty ridiculous and very embarrassing. Lastly, they should probably expand their menu for their concession stands. It's about the same as a gas station. The Stroh Center is a beautiful facility that provided great space for our Unite East youth conference. (I bet it’s also a great place to watch a basketball game.)
