Nice place for a baseball tournament. Pretty good concessions, but they do run out of pizza, breadsticks and snocone flavors somewhat quickly. They are a cash only facility which would have been nice to know. Especially since they charge you for admission as well. They have a neat idea to get their foul baseballs back...of you catch one and return it to the concession stand you get a free snocone. Pretty smart on their behalf. Plentiful parking. Wishing they had a play structure forthe younger kids, but they did have some booths selling toys and other goodies.

Very fun inclusive, accessible playground that is fenced in! There is something for everyone- merry go round, pirate ship instruments, playhouse, roller slide, climbing tower, different types of swings. There is a shelter for picnics closeby. If you are on a long car drive you can get off the highway and let the kids get energy out. The accessible swing does not have a harness.

Lots of amenities and space to run at this park. We were visiting with our kids to run off some energy before heading home. The new ADA playground was a big hit! If you are a disc golfer the course looks well laid out (I have not personally played through it). Restrooms were closed for the season (winter - January), but the porta potty was clean.

Previous review: Awesome disc golf course. Possibly the best in the area. Very clean. No roughage for hazards which means you're not going home with ticks and poison ivy.

Update: Took my 5 star down to one star, ONLY for the disc golf course. The rest of the park is incredibly nice.

The city let some guys redesign the amazing disc golf course they had and they did a terrible job. You used to see people out there playing every time you went by, now its not as common. People Ive spoken with that play are very disappointed in the changes. My wife who works in town also says her customers have voiced their discontent with the changes.

The old course was nice. It was away from most of the foot traffic, and for the most part, didn't interfere with the drive through traffic. The new course starts out right next to the new playground (heaven forbid someone shanks off the tee pad and hits a kid) and the last hole now sits by the baseball fields. So if a game is going on, you better hope you don't shank and go over the fence.

The guys that redesigned this seem to forget that people other than them play here. Not everyone lives and breathes disc golf to the point of developing their talent. Some people are going to still shank the disc and make mistakes, (probably included those guys too) and when you get mixed in with where other people are, disaster is bound to happen.

The new course redesign is sloppy, and confusing. Plus, some of them have hazards directly off tee pads, forcing you to throw a cheese-ball hyzerbomb just to get beyond it.

I really loved the idea of getting new pads and baskets at the course, which is what I thought the plan was. After the course opened again, it took one time through to realize they had ruined it.

The only people, as far as I can tell, that are leaving good reviews of it on other apps, are 1) the people that designed it and their friends. And 2) people that are from out of town that dont realize how good the course was before.

I really wish they city would just put it back...

33 travel baseball teams paid collectively over $21,000 to play what is our biggest tournament this season, just to have our teams shuffled around to Findlay and the local school ball field, or games cancelled/postponed for 2 days. This interfered with our 3 team picnic we had planned and caused families to stay that didn’t have plans to stay and families that had booked rooms to stay when there was no need. On top of this, every car paid $10 to park and $8 per person to enter. This park needs to get their stuff together before hosting 33 teams! They are clearly not capable of taking care of their...
