We have been shoppers here since we started our rural life journey a year ago last year. Ms. Sydney has been here the whole time with a smile. I remember distinctly the first time she checked us out she clearly had been experiencing physical pain form something, and she put on her best face and still rang us out. This was last year Yesterday she was crouched down with my kids helping pick out new ducks and talking 1:1 with them. BG FFH has always been my go to for purchasing birds for their care alone, and each time the customer is out standing. There are a few other employees that are always beyond kind and knowledgeable. This has made FFH our go to for most if not all our chicken farmer needs. My daughter has officially declared this her favorite store over TSC as well and she’s quite the critic. Thank you for always providing a pleasant, safe, and clean experience. I now actively tell people it’s worth traveling from Lucas county to get their feathered friends from you...

Our goto for chicken supplies [and live chicks] Staff is always busy doing something, yet always manages to be there when customers need assistance. Probably some of the more pleasant staff out of the 3 stores I frequent. [Which, I can say, keep up the good work on chick cleanliness and care in all of your stores.] I have never lost a chick from FF&H. Now, the other guys; not mentioning names. But it's TSC. I have only gotten chick's from them twice in my adult life and lost a few every time. So have stuck with FFH for all my needs from dog food to livestock needs.
