Not everything is new and even buying used will still pay more in the end than buying brand new. A good option if you want or need something and cannot buy it up front from a store at a better price. Terrible customer service! Missed 1 payment and they were at my door telling my wife rudely she had to give up refrigerator now and that didn't care about the food in it or the kids and they wouldn't wait 24 hrs.
