Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bowling Green

i’ve been to this pizza hut multiple times and each time something goes wrong after today i’m taking my business elsewhere

when i first moved to bg the service was fine always correct fresh and on time but for the past almost year whenever i order sometimes i’m standing there for 5/10 mins before i’m even greeted for my carry out, many times i’ve had to stick my head in and ask if anyone is working but i still was okay with it bad service is fine as long as my food is fine

but today when i went i was told to wait 5 minutes for my pizza, which i have no problem doing so i waited 10 mins in that time span another older gentleman had a order said they ran out of the small so they gave him two large pan and then he calls me over and says they are out of large pan pizza and ask if i want him to make be mediums instead i say no i just want a refund and ask about my breadsticks and he said he might be able to get you those and then asks if they had any spares so i ended up waiting over 10 mins for my food to not even been made not even a portion of it. i left and went straight to jets

i will never come to this pizza hut again and pizza hut has been my go to for years because the one in kenton has no issues...

It may be that "no one can out PIZZA the hut" but the pasta is outdone by everyone! Ordered chicken alfredo. The pic online looks like you'd have enough for 2 but it was barely enough for 1! Pasta is cheap! But not at the hut. Had 3 pieces of chicken in my order... THREE bite sized pieces. Also had something extra that i couldn't identify. 🤮 Luckily pastas come with breadsticks , which were delicious (earned the second star!), but i wasn't originally given them when i went to pick up my order. I had to go back into the store to get them. It's been probably 20 years since I've had "the hut". I'll probably wait another 20 before ordering again. UPDATE. no response to previous review. Here's one for the MELTS...I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance ... Website states "signature Thin ’N Crispy® crust loaded with toppings and cheese, folded over and baked to melty perfection". Sounds good and it's not bad. Too crispy for my liking. BUT what i got was a quarter pizza size OR HALF a crust folded over. Not an accurate description!...

I went online to order dinner right after clocking out of a 12 hour shift. I placed my order; paid online; and set up pick up for curbside. It said it’d be 10-20 minutes. I arrived to get my order within 15 minutes of ordering. I called (as the sign said) to let them know I had arrived. The guy on the phone said my order wasn’t quite ready and I told him what number at curbside I was. I sat in my car for 30 minutes after arriving. I finally decided to go in to get my order. Waited another 10 minutes. When asked if I had been waited on, I told her I’d been waiting for 45 minutes for my order, 30 minutes sitting in their parking lot. She checked for my order, it was sitting in their warmer. I asked how long it’d been sitting, she said she didn’t know. Needless to say, I checked it went I got in my car. It was barely warm. After 10 minutes driving home, I had to start my oven to reheat my pizza and breadsticks. So instead of having an easy dinner after working 12 hours, I ate at 8p, and didn’t enjoy it since I was...
