Extremely annoying to watch 3 people stand around while only a few were working hard. Clearly the kitchen was short staffed (even though there were a bunch of people standing around) because I could hear the cook yelling in frustration. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru only to get some of my food. I was missing two burgers, had to park and go inside to let them know. The young girl was polite and took my order for the missing items. She was working hard with a smile even though it was clearly a bad night in there. She is the only reason I didn’t leave without the rest of my food. Because it was taking so long to make my 2 burgers they forgot, I had to go back out to the car and wait (I didn’t want to leave my kids in the car any longer). I waited for 30 minutes for two burgers that should’ve been remade on the fly. When the young girl started to bring my food outside, a kind customer stopped her and brought me my food so she could keep working hard. MY ORDER WAS ALSO MISSING AN ORDER OF FRIES. I ALSO ORDERED MASHED POTATOS AND GRAVY, WHICH I HAD RECEIVED WITH NO GRAVY. I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT WHAT WE COULD DO ABOUT THIS SITUATION WHERE THE FEMALE ON THE PHONE SAID HER MANAGER SAID "CALL BACK IN AN HOUR". WITH THE 5 PEOPLE I'M FEEDING ITS JUST NOT FEASABLE TO WAIT TO CALL AN HOUR AFTER YOUR MISTAKE, SO YOU COULD ADDRESS YOUR SCREW UP. I THEN DROVE BACK TO CULVERS AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. THE MANAGER SAID IT WOULD BE A WAIT AND ONE OF THE LINE COOKS HASTILY YELLED THROUGH THE WINDOW "ITS GONNA BE A WHILE" I YELLED BACK AND TOLD HIM I WAS CONTENT WITH WAITING FOR MY FOOD TO BE FIXED. Read moreWhen we fist arrived thru the front door we were only greeted by one person out of the 4 employees up front, Dylan was the only one to greet us even while he was taking an order, durning our wait for our food it took about 15 minute get out, me and the other person I was with both got crispy chicken so I know that they take at least 5 minutes to fry. While we were waiting for our food the shift lead was just sitting out in the lobby just on her phone while the kitchen was clearly struggling along with the front , while being a manager at a different location this was hard to watch. When the food came out it was alright, the fry’s were still cold and the food was made sloppy but still tasted good, during this whole time the shift lead was on the phone up until we left.
