Family of 5 sat at 3:00pm on a Saturday, ahead of the weekend rush. Wife and kids ordered alfredo and I ordered, eggplant parmigiana. All the food was served and I instantly had to send the eggplant dish back; the eggplant was soggy and barley any visable breading, could still see the purple ring and what breading it did have was soft and had no crisp. The marinara was so cold I could have allowed my 8 month old to grab the pasta off my plate. The server was a sweet heart and I informed her of my issue, she took off with my plate and said it was going to be a while, she asked if I wanted anything as I wait, so had her bring out a soup, because I ordered salad. After my family was pretty much finished my entree came out, it was hot, but, again hardly any breading and the eggplant was not only complet mush, but, covered in grease, breading was soft and wet. We paid for our meal and will most likely not return to this location.

I am vegitarian and absolutely love this entree and get it every vist. This was not a simple mistake, the cooks here genuinely could not provide what other locations could. A simple fried dish, it just needed to have the batter fried to a crisp.

Aside from that the sald was mainly white portions of the lettuce head, one olive, and two slices of tomato, for the entire bowl. My wife's alfredo had half the sauce it typically is served with. Bread sticks were hard until the basket served last, as if the others baskets were made ahead for a rush. They were edible; but, the ends were hard and tough to chew, so everyone had pieces of bread ripped off and sitting on the table.

The server again, was a sweet heart, attentive service and always smiling, even brought a fresh bowl of soup out to-go and I never payed for soup (was given to me while I waited for my entree to be fixed). We tipped 25% and called this...

5 friends and I, plus a BABY went to Olive Garden on Scottsville Road at around 3:15PM on Monday, March 5th. 3 of us got the "unlimited" chicken alfredo. The same 3, plus a BABY and myself had the soup (Gnocchi).

Late last night (Tuesday) around late evening, 3 of them came down with severe diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach pain. This restaurant is the ONLY one we all went to together in the past week, and I find it suspicious that all 3 of them come down with sickness. Thankfully the baby is just fine.

It is absolutely DISGUSTING that such a "fancy" restaurant would serve what I believe was under cooked chicken. I will be calling to report this incident, as well as posting it on other forms online. I expect full compensation--I will come in personally if needed--and that the CHEF(S) RESPONSIBLE is held accountable. Chicken CANNOT be under cooked. Measure the temperature at least!

3 are STILL sick as of 3/7/2018.

Attached is the receipt of ONE of the unlimited chicken alfredo meals.

EDIT: They were kind enough to fax a request to corporate to refund my card. Very glad I didn't have a negative experience with the manager.

EDIT: The evening of 3/7/2018, I, too, came down with the illness. So...

We ordered curbside pickup, as we’ve done previously, several times actually, since they started this particular service, which we are very thankful for. It’s always been a great experience with excellent food and service but tonight we were a little disappointed, UNTIL we called and complained, which we never do because we just hate to but we drove 20 minutes or so just to get our favorites. But we waited too long and was so disappointed that our favorite soup wasn’t up to par but after we called in the complaint, that we anticipated even calling in, that manager made it 100% and was so appreciative of our complaint and reminded us that it was a learning experience in order to make things better in the future. I was simply blown away! Our experience tonight ended with excellence and we couldn’t go without giving that sweet lady manager a kudos and great review, as well as the sweet girl that brought our food out to us. I wish I could remember their names. I’m sure it won’t be hard to look them up GM but they definitely deserve a recognition. And a raise! As the manager that handled our issue said before we hung up, I’m sure you’ll be back....

People bag on Olive Garden not being authentic but I really enjoy eating here. It’s a caloric indulgence of pure comfort food. The food is tasty and plentiful - and I, without fail, have leftovers. Plus, my husband always takes advantage of the $5 to-go meals they often offer. You can’t beat the price on those! This last time, the chair opposite me (my husband and I sat side by side) was really unclean on the front side of the backrest, probably from where it had been grabbed by dirty hands to pull it out. I didn’t like seeing that so much. And for the first time, my shrimp and chicken carbonara was really light on chicken. My husband’s braised beef Bolognese was spot on, however. Also, he ran out of salad and I ran out of soup long before more was offered. Not the end of the world, but... Anyways, I love the joint. And if my server is generous with the mint chocolates at the end, their tip goes from 20 to 25 percent. Just sayin.

We were one of the first parties of 4 today. Things started off great with our waitress Pricilla. Pricilla made some great appetizer and entree recommendations (see photos). Both appetizers, Stuffed Ziti Fritta and Spinach-Artichoke Dip were good. They were out of Fried Mozzarella. Pricilla provided good service, however the time it took between appetizers and our meal and our meal to getting the check was too long (this is why 3 stars) The Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara was good. Great flavors in a creamy sauce with bacon and roasted red peppers. However, the roasted red peppers seemed to be a after thought when preparing the dish. They were crunchy. We also had the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno (pictured below), Herb-Grilled Salmon, and Seafood Alfredo (not pictured). Those dishes were enjoyed and very good according to my friends. I would return to the Olive Garden in Bowling Green, KY for lunch or dinner.
