I was asked to leave during my appointment. The nail technician, Ricky, who was assigned to me was very kind and apologetic, but it was clear he was shaken by the manager's behavior. He had only been working at the salon for a short time and seemed to be affected by the way the manager spoke to me and handled the situation. Despite Ricky's efforts, the experience was ruined by the manager's unprofessional behavior. I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this salon. There are many other options in the area that may provide a better experience."

What's even more troubling is that he claims to have footage supporting his claims but refused to show it to my wife when she asked. My daughter and I are so lucky to have walked into Dila nail shop by chance. We attempted to get a full set and pedicure at another shop and were told that was not possible. As we were driving out of the Shopping Center, I spotted Dila and decided to stop and ask if we could get the services. When we walked in I noticed how beautiful it was! Very elegant and extra COVID safe while remaining spa-like and relaxing. I thought we wouldn’t be able to get what we wanted because we didn’t have an appointment, but after a few minutes, the friendly owner said “come right in. Pick your color!” From there? Wow. This was the BEST nail salon experience I have ever had. We were literally swooped up by everyone there to make sure we were happy and comfortable. My pedicure was amazing...relaxing, professional, enjoyable, and renewing. My daughter’s experience with her acrylic nail set was superior as well. Not only did the Nail Artist make my daughter comfortable, but she designed the most beautiful set of nails she has ever had. All things blue and butterflies...☺️ While she was finishing my daughters nails, I watched several clients come in and out of the building. The owner was respectful, funny, personable, caring, and accommodating to each client, which made me fully decide that this is our nail shop from here on out. It’s nice to see that level of caring and makes Dila feel like a family nail salon! After my daughter was finished, she felt extra special when she got to be a little hand model with her beautiful nails! Visiting here today was the best thing we ever did! I went to Dila for the first time today because I was having a nail emergency and couldn't wait until next week to see my usual tech at another salon. I chose this salon based on the great reviews on Google.

Everything about my experience was great. The online booking was easy, and I was able to get a same-day appointment just a few hours before the requested appointment time. I was greeted very warmly the moment I walked in. There was no wait time to see my tech! In my experience that is rare these days. The salon itself was very clean and super cute. The decor is inviting, and the chairs are comfortable! All of the staff were very kind.

My nails now look better than they have in a long time. Vanessa was my tech. You can tell she is very committed to her work. She gave me her undivided attention during my appointment. I am used to techs at other salons only partially paying attention to the manicure and are usually in the middle of phone calls, etc. She checked with me at each step to make sure I was satisfied with how my nails looked. She even took good care to wipe off excess polish around my nails when she was finished. I hate when I leave a salon and have dip powder stuck to my skin! She was also super sweet and friendly. Vanessa made my day.

I left feeling so much better than when I arrived in pain from a poor manicure done at a different salon the week before. I will certainly be back and recommend to friends. My usual salon is 2 minutes from my house. This one is 20 minutes away, but it's worth it to me for the superior quality of the work and service. This business knows good...
