I am so upset about this very unpleasant experience. The pizza was delivered with half eaten Jalapeno with carefully and intentionally removed seal on one side. It seems a delivery guy (Luis? Manager was even confused who delivered) seems to intentionally detach the seal and put that half eaten Jalapeno back into the box during this serious Pandemic period. When I tried to open the box, I glanced through and could not find a seal on one side but didn't pay too much attention until I found that eaten Jalapeno inside the box. Unfortunately that was even after my family including two kids almost finished the first piece. I hope this is not related to Asian hate crime. I talked to a manager and he said he asked his employees and the deliveryman, and they all said no about this and the manager insisted he has to trust his employees. I will seek for both a legal advice and post this incidence on SNS with all pictures taken unless the head office does take proper actions regarding this matter. I kept the Jalapeno for DNA testing if necessary and the removed seal for potential fingerprint. Especially I am so concerned about COVID infection due to potential spitting in the food. It’s soooooooo backed up and she keeps telling people who have been waiting for over 40 mins to pick up that she’s sorry but she’s the only one who knows how to do anything here and has to do it all. Read moreI'm am so upset with how this establishment handled a mess up on their part. I order a BBQ chicken pizza and what was delivered (late) was some regular pizza with sausage on it. I called and asked to speak to a manager (as I'm starving and was waiting for this pizza for a while) and was told he could comp a Sierra Mist for the inconvenience. He then proceeded to tell me that he could have the delivery driver deliver another pizza another 30 minutes later for and $4 delivery fee charge. I said absolutely not (as I already paid one delivery fee the first time and tipped). My husband had to go get dressed and get the pizza. After all of that he said bring the pizza and soda back with you. I told him I didn't order a soda. He then said he couldn't comp the soda. The worst pizza delivery experience ever.
