Was a huge fan of this place and the fair prices until today. I went in to get my typical pod refills and some juice. The juice I got was MENTHOL, I don't smoke menthol, and the guy working there didn't know, or mention it. It's not written on the box/bottle or description. Immediately went back and tried to exchange it for a more familiar flavor, but he refused. If he'd informed me, or seperated the menthol, or was even aware of the product they sell, I'd never have purchased anything of that sort. Unfortunately they've lost my business because of the poor customer service policies and the knowledge of their employees. I walked in with all my friends and we were with Kolton and then the manager walked in and immediately went up to Kolton and was asking who we were and if he asked for all of our IDs and then went up to all of us and started screaming at all of us to show him our IDs. Kolton has seen us many times before in there but he didnt say anything. I tried showing my ID and all my friends didnt have theirs so he yelled at all my friends to get out. I came into Eagle Vape Store close to closing time and Shawn and Imon went out of their way to help me. They even let me leave with flavors to try out. The employees here are more than helpful and won't get aggravated when you can't make up your mind or want to try a million flavors. I give this place 1000 stars. When you come in ask for Shawn he is even a coil master. Jordan is bomb also, he fixed my coil in 15 minutes flat so I would be able to make it to work on time.
