Excellent Installation - - We found the installation to be first class. The installation experts / specialists showed attention to detail, great knowledge and were very pleasant to work with. Installation included both the physical application of the product and setting up the remotes, gateway and internet integration. We are able to control our power units locally by remote or by the Powerview App.. Further, using the gateway that was set up, we can access and check the power window units if we are not at home. Even better, with the Hunter Douglas App. I was able to program and schedule various "scenes" i.e. open, close, open tilt, etc. for various times of the day.. i.e Sunrise and Sunset, and any other time... My windows operate in an automated fashion... This is all due to the excellent App. set up from the installation process of Enhancement Window Design.

Helaine quickly responded to my email regarding our interest in new window treatments for our lanai. Going to the showroom was a very pleasant experience! We were warmly greeted by Mitchell and Helaine, and they patiently took the time to listen to our ideas and offered us many options. We were given samples of fabrics to take home, which was very helpful. When we decided to go with a simpler design, Helaine was more than happy to guide us in that direction. It was an easy process from that point! Mitchell came to our home to measure the areas that were going to get the window treatments, Helaine placed the order for us, and within a reasonable amount of time, the installer was at our doorstep to hang the verticals with exact precision! We are thrilled with the style and fabric that we chose and are greatly appreciative of the guidance Helaine and Mitchell offered us. I am absolutely thrilled with the Hunter Douglas honeycomb window treatments that I purchased at Enhancement Window Design!
