The experience of working w Lynda and the employees of The Blossom Shoppe was exquisite. First of all they accommodated a wedding date 2 days after Christmas which a number of other florists declined because the wedding fell on a date that would have provided the floral shop owners to have a long weekend which only happens in that exact way every 7 years. So, experiencing their willingness to accommodate was refreshing and loving.
Vintage/BoHo chic was our wedding theme. Small intimate backyard wedding. We provided a few pics from Pinterest that supported our vision, and a few conversations for continued vision support and various emails & calls - all of which gave me, the bride, a sense of connection & availability that was effortless. What ultimately was created out of that was nothing short of miraculous. Our vision 100% accurate. My NEED for perfection around flowers was the only part of the wedding that I was clearly and obviously committed to creating a certain ambiance and I was so pleased to have had it visually manifest before my very eyes. The flowers fragrant and fresh. Arrangements stunning - the arbor which was the grooms doing was amazing. The bouquet --- let's say my eyes are filling w tears as I type. Love love love love and still love it.

Read moreHorrible customer service. As a gift for someone, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers from them, along with a teddy bear and chocolate. I put my address as the recipient address because the person I was going to give the flower to doesn't live near me and I planned to drive there and give the bouquet as a gift. I received a text asking me to confirm if I had entered the same address by mistake; I replied no, and it said, "Thank you, we received your message." During the checkout process, it stated that I would receive the bouquet between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Around 3 p.m., I received a call from a number informing me that the flower would not be delivered until tomorrow because they were awaiting confirmation from me and had not received my text. I have a screenshot of myself texting the number back to confirm that I did not enter the same address by mistake. I had to end up canceling the order that was supposed to be someone’s gift because of bad communication. Besides, I was told that I would not receive my refund right away, but that it would take 3-6 business days. I'm extremely disappointed and upset because I was looking forward to receiving...
Read moreDeeply disappointed and angry!! I ordered the Bountiful Memories casket spray for my dear uncle who passed away from Covid-19 and what was delivered was SUBPAR! I specifically requested a full bouquet and long cascading flowers, which I was assured they could provide. However; they FAILED to fulfill my order! What was delivered was a SPARSE bouquet and nothing that looked like the photo on their website. The casket spray was suppose to be a beautiful centerpiece and the only gift I could give to honor my uncle. When I called to express my disappointment; all they could say was they did the best they could, that they didn't have enough flowers on hand; even to fulfill other funerals; "we can't add a stem to a flower to make it long". I didn't want to hear excuses! This was a one time event! I trusted this business to provide what I ordered. There are no do- overs! If you can't fill an order you should contact the client!
