I visited the West Palm Beach Guaca recently and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth about this business. The restaurant was filthy, and the food did not look fresh. I walked out in disgust. A few days later, I found the results from a health inspection which I've copied below, and posted the photo.

Read moreI recently had an experience with Guaca Go that truly exemplified outstanding customer service and commitment to ensuring a great dining experience.
While my initial order through DoorDash encountered some issues with missing add-ons, the way the restaurant handled the situation was nothing short of exemplary. Upon reaching out to them, I was promptly contacted by Allison Parks, who was genuinely apologetic and understanding of the situation.
Allison immediately took responsibility for the oversight and informed me of the internal steps being taken to prevent such errors in the future. Recognizing the limitations of issuing a refund through a third-party service like DoorDash, Allison offered a thoughtful and generous resolution by remaking the entire order for pickup. This gesture not only showed a high level of professionalism but also a sincere dedication to customer satisfaction.
I am pleased to accept this resolution and am impressed by the proactive approach taken by Allison and the team at Guaca Go. It’s clear that they value their customers and are committed to delivering quality service.
I am updating my review to reflect this positive outcome and to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by Allison and the restaurant. It’s comforting to know that businesses like Guaca Go truly care about their customers' experiences.
Highly recommend this establishment not only for their delicious food but also for their stellar customer support. Looking forward to continuing my patronage and enjoying many more meals from them.
Happy New Year and kudos to the entire team...
Read moreIt is unfortunate to say that we are no longer visiting this location. Every time we come, there is an issue with flavoring, portion, and service from workers. There have been poor attitudes, customer care/satisfaction and now hair in both my bowl and sour cream which I hope I don’t get sick from. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will continue to attend the West Palm location because they put absolute care, interaction, and detail in our bowls. They are also quick to correct errors and dissatisfaction. I am truly disturbed and my desire to eat here has drastically dropped. One thing I notice about this location is that the servers are so quick in the making your food process that the food is not appealing and doesn’t stand out from making it at home. West Palm is where the flavor is at. Also, I see there has been some change to the menu and I def miss the half spinach, half turmeric rice that is no longer a thing. The kale is becoming too overpowering in the taste that you can’t really enjoy the flavor of the avocado. They also did away with the previous vinaigrette sauce and now I no longer get sauce to flavor my fave Mediterranean guac. Hoping they can make some changes so we can...
