Salesperson was initially great but I ended up having a couple issues with my order. First being a miscommunication as to what was included in my order and having to pick up an additional item ourselves after delivery. Second, assembly of one of the items was not completed correctly and we had to re do it all ourselves. Third, being promised an item would arrive and be delivered by a certain date, only to end up calling weeks later and find that it was in their warehouse and they hadn’t notified me it arrived. When I asked if they were ever going to let me know, the woman had no response, no apology, and gave one date they’d be able to deliver, another week later, otherwise I’d have to get it myself… So… all in all, poor...
Read moreWe love our couch, but my husband has been trying to get a couple more pieces for the modular sectional for weeks now. More than twice, they either put him on hold for 45 minutes until he finally hung up, or told him they're trying to work it out and will call him back. It's been about a week since she said she would call him back. It's a discontinued couch and they only have a couple pieces left. I have no idea why they wouldn't want to sell the rest of it or why they keep giving my husband the run around. In the past, customer service was great. As soon as my husband sat on this, he knew it was the one. We just so happened to go around the time they were doing a sale, so it worked out perfectly. Everyone was super nice and not pushy.
