One of the worst experience I've ever had with a car audio installation and DSP tuning. Extremely poor to zero communication skills. Shop is a mess and not organized. Front desk employee has zero knowledge about the audio equipments or anything, every single time I and other customers had questions or concerns (he had to get the technician on the back). The back working area is a mess, dirty and honestly no idea how any work gets done with all the Filthiness. I give them the benefit of doubt a couple times and give them the opportunity to reach back to me some information that I need to input on my DSP that the technician didnāt input. The speakers install where install with 3m tape around the wires like we back on the 80s or 90s. A complete disappointment and now I will have some other facility fixed everything up and double check the install they did. Do your research, saved your money and go somewhere else. The place could be a gold mine if they had good management and hire some new personnel that professionals on their crafts and take pride on their service to customers.
First the tech told me to reach if I had any problems even after hrs because he fix via the laptop and which I did a couple of problems with his tune and plus he said I will bring down or we can meet up for the brand new tweeter that need to to be replace after everything was install. (Instead of testing the equipment prior to the appointment). I really down anything was fix from the things already install since it looks the same and wires are the same.. The main and only reason I drive up was for the dsp tune from the get go and like it takes I know that and thatās why I made appointments for it and told you guys that I was prepared to be there all day. Last time I drove up was to install the tweeter, fix some connector, front doors bracket that he recommended and I show up he install the tweeter and said that he canāt do rest after I drove 3 hrs for the 3 timeā¦. If him or you would have communicated from the start I would have rescheduled my appointment since I have already waiting 1 month to get the tweeter...

They had two options at the size I needed but neither of them were white, which is what I wanted. They kept trying to sell me on the ones they had but I kept saying no. Right before I walked out they said they found some white ones that they would order from Wetsounds, which is also a brand they sell. I agreed to have them order it as long as the speakers would be here before I left to my lake house on Thursday May 24, 2018. They assured me the speakers would be in on Wednesday the 23rd so I went ahead and bought them. I received no call from them until Tuesday May 29, 2018 telling me my speakers had come in, which was when I had already returned from my lake house and had just bought new speakers there. I went to return the speakers and one of the guys said they donāt return special orders and the other guy said Wetsounds will not let them return the product. If I would have known that my order was āspecialā and that they donāt take back āspecialā orders, I would have never purchased the product in the first place....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI bought a deck deck, sub and amp from the Billings store 2 years ago. It was installed and worked great. After about 22 months, the Amplifier quit working. They tell me it is in "protection mode". I called and the Billings store was permanently closed. I called the Bozeman location and was told the "guy" I needed to speak to was out and he would call me back. I never got a call back and called again a few days later. He was OUT again and again was told I would be called back. No call. I forgot about it for a week or two and then called a third time. Finally got in touch with the "guy" named Russ. He looked up my information and called the company. Russ told me my warranty was for 1 year and I was out of luck. This vehicle gets driven about 7,000 miles per year and there is no way it should have quit in less than 2 years. The last amp i bought for a vehicle lasted 7 years and then I sold the vehicle. Not happy with their lack of response and they were not willing to help fix the situation in any way. I realize they were not required to help but I feel it would have been a good practice.
