Crowder Gifts & Gadgets-Lakewood Ranch — Local services in Bradenton

I've shopped Crowder Gifts and Gadgets for the past couple of years for Christmas gifts and have never been disappointed. The shop is situated adjacent to the Ace Hardware on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard between SR64 and SR70. It's only a few moments from I-75, so if you're not local and are visiting the UTC Mall or the Ellenton Outlets, Crowder's is well worth the trip if you're looking for unique Floridian gifts.

The shop itself isn't huge, but it has a great variety of items ranging from games and puzzles to jewelry and hand bags to various kitsch and decorative items - much of it with a very "beachy" Florida vibe. They also have a nice Brighton selection and during the holidays unique ornaments.

The staff here is phenomenal - friendly and aiming to help you find the perfect item for a gift unlike what you can find anywhere else.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I walked in here with the intention to buy an item for my kids school and walked out disappointed. The staff was rude and didn’t even greet me when I walked in. They had no customers the place was dead it was on a Tuesday . They put the wrong price on and item and when I wanted to purchase it they looked at me like I was a criminal and said oh this is the wrong price. I ended up not buying anything here . They screwed up by not labeling their prices correctly and then they blame the customer for it . Very...

Fabulous small gift store with an large group of quality, reasonably priced unique products. Have never had difficulty finding a gift. Very helpful, but not pushy staff. And they do a fantastic job of gift wrapping what you buy at no additional charge. One of my "go to" stores for unique birthday and anniversary gifts.
