Swig — Local services in Bradenton

I have been twice during their grand opening. The first in the morning and my experience was great, drink was amazing and even better was the atmosphere and service. I attended again with my fiancé last night, and I quickly noticed an inconsistency in service. The line was long but was fast moving, we finally get up to where we are about to order and the young man approached our window with “I’ll be with you right quick” and then proceeded to walk to the car behind us that was filled with what seemed to be his friends. I first thought he was just running to say hi really quick and then come back to us. That was not the case, he had completely skipped us and took his friend’s order instead of the people next in line. I work in the service industry so I understand it’s exciting for your friends to come and visit you however, it’s extremely impolite and disrespectful to skip people in line when they’ve been waiting for...

We went during their soft opening 2 weeks ago, and then the last three days for their grand opening, free drink specials! The service has been top-shelf every time. The staff has got to be overwhelmed because they have been swamped, but they are soooo friendly and cheerful, and PATIENT. I’m new to Swig like most in the area and they always have great recommendations. I’ve tried something different every time and they’re all so good. The Dew Gooder and Texas Tab are my fav! And my daughter tried the Strawberry Breeze and loved it. Their prices are really great, too. The lines are long (pretty common for a grand opening and especially when they’re giving away free stuff 😊) but I will say they move pretty quick! i am so excited to have swig in florida! this location is closest to me at 2 hours away. i took the trip with my family because we love swig! we’re familiar with other locations so we picked up some of our favorites but were disappointed that they all seemed flavorless and watered down almost. i religiously get a heartbreaker, i know the taste, and it just tastes like plain old soda. all of our drinks had cream and they were barely even tinted with a HINT of cream. not sure if they’re just in a hurry and missing steps or unsure on recipes but it unfortunately shows. mine barely even had any ice. hopefully it improves before i drive a 4 hour round trip for...
