I just literally had to race my previous rating. Now I did give this place five stars due to Jessica however today she proved me otherwise. I have been coming here for over 2 years now and first impressions usually mean something important to me but of course when somebody is new they're always going to put on a great first impression. Anyway to explain what happened I happened to order a drink called the salty pretzel shot. She was adamant to say that it was made a certain way when I had to pull it up on the internet to show exactly how it was made. She decided to make the shot in a mixer container and poured three shots. Once she gave to me and the other two for herself and another random person in the bar. When I told her that I was not happy that she made that drink the way she did because she literally gave away the rest of the alcohol to someone else who did not pay for it including herself she got very defensive and told me that's what it is if you don't like it leave. I know all the other girls that work in this bar and have never had this problem before. Then she decides to come back and make me another drink and was very rude and threatening me that if I write a bad review about her she can write a bad review about me as well. This is a problem because I have a large group of people that come to this bar every day that I am very close friends with. She is not a good fit for this bar Ariana and Brittany are great. However due to this situation that happened today in a very unprofessional manner and the bartender literally drinking behind the bar and yes I am referring to Jessica and being intoxicated behind the bar as Rude as she was, has ruined all business transactions between myself and the group of people that I affiliate with coming to this bar anymore. Once I see that she has been removed from the bar and no longer working at this bar I will come back and bring my business back. I will refrain from posting any pictures of Jessica drinking behind the bar and let's make this clear that none of the other girls at work that have ever done this before. And I am going to quote exactly what she said when I told her none of the other girls have done this before she said that you don't know what goes behind this bar when you are not here and she tried to bury several other girls that work behind the bar by saying that they do far worse than she has done. I completely know that this is not the case and I can clearly see that being that she was caught doing what she did herself behind the bar drinking a drink that I had paid for which I'm hoping that you will pull up on camera and you will clearly see that I am in the right and she was completely in the wrong. The best bar in town for a fun hang-out, relaxed atmosphere. From playing pool and karaoke Tuesday night to the exceptional and super friendly bartenders (dougie, Jaime, Ashley, and Christina) and barbacks (Chad and John) this is the place to come! I often find myself here to relieve stress after work and have a few laughs and have shown every friend who’s visited town this bar with excitement. I have even found myself looking forward to the cutest holiday parties that the bartenders work together to throw for all of their customers at every holiday. I wanted to write this review because of how amazing and caring dougie and Christina were last night in throwing a Fourth of July party for everyone. The djs were super fun and having moved here only a few years ago not knowing anyone at all, I’ve come to find this bar almost a second home for me so this really meant a lot that they went out of their way to have such a fun and memorable celebration for us. I just wanna say that most of the bartenders are awesome! great drinks and great people! Brittney and Arianna are amazing and kill it. There is one bartender tho that i would not buy any drink from and thats Jess. Unfortunately i had her once and after asking a simple question she would not let it go and refused myself ( a paying customer mind you ) service so no offense i wouldnt if i were yu ask her any questions or she might refuse yu too.....
