The positive energy inside Sharyn’s studio is delightful. Her voice is so calming that I am able to turn off the noise in my brain in a spiritual healing space where I feel safe and comforted. I often find myself smiling during meditation. Sharyn offers a wide variety of classes suitable for all levels of yoga practice, and she makes everyone feel supported both physically and emotionally. The online booking system makes it easy to sign up for classes, and the class schedule is very accommodating for those of us who work 9-5.
I highly recommend the beginner's series for anyone new to yoga. It's a great way to learn the basics and build a solid foundation. I also love the Monday night chakra class, which is a relaxing and rejuvenating way to start the week.
