Was not pleased with my service they fixed the problem but gave me a issue. My wires under the keyboard were pinching so they only needed to help put the wire back under the keyboard. I understand they charged me for time and labor which is a 5 minute task it should of been less pricey for the job. Then I recently tried to plug in my laptop and charge it the whole port is pushed in I called them to explain the man told me to bring it in but it will be additional fees etc. I think they gave me extra problems so I be back. They “diagnosed” my mother’s iPad as having a broken screen and said it would cost $130 to fix it. We said not to do that and went to pick it up. They tried to tell us they already ordered the part—even though we explicitly told them not to. Then they charged $37 for “diagnosing and cleaning up/updating software”. No software was updated. The “broken screen” was not broken, the iPad was in voice over mode. I fixed it in less than 3 minutes including the time it took to google the problem—I have zero tech experience. Very knowledgable team ! They know what they're doing and I say this with great confidence after my first visit. Spoke to Chris and explained the over heating of my laptop. I brought it in on a Friday and Monday morning Lee called to say it was ready for pick up. Fully explained the issue and the replacements he did. I picked it up today Wednesday and I was pleasantly surprised how smooth it is running; no fan noise, no heat smell, no hot air ! It's like new !!!
