Pop Stop and Pokemon Shop — Local services in Neptune Township

Bought recently from this stores eBay site “popstoppokemonshop”. Purchased 4 items but sadly received 2 of the 4 items damaged…Quickly started a “Return Case” with eBay and this seller. Sellers first response was “Seriously?” Followed shortly after with an aggressive “demand” to ship all 4 items back or else this seller would not accept the return. Then stated that it is up to me to go out side of eBay to ship this return back to them and “hope” they honor the return… of which is doubtful due to the lack of professionalism. Both of these offenses are fully against eBay’s policy’s and were extremely unprofessional, wrong and not helpful with the situation over “damaged goods”. This business should be avoided.
