Ripped me off. Supposedly replaced the batteries in my macbook pro. Originally said he was charging me 40 for work and then told me 70 later. Laptop still doesn't charge. Lied to me telling me that he charged it and that he assumed it was charging. I bought a new charger and it doesn't even charge. His excuse was that my dual boot showed up windows. He didn't know how to switch between the two? Does he even know what dual booting is? Assumed it was charging because the green light was on but, it obviously wasn't. I think I knew more about macbooks then he did. Don't take macbooks here. He may be good with PC but obviously has no idea what to do in this case. This is the best place to go at the Jersey Shore for getting any tech related issues fixed. I've been here multiple times to get my phones, tablets and laptops fixed. I've even had friends go there and get their TVs and other electronics fixed or buy new products. They seem to have skills in every area of electronics, not just computers which is really great.

One of the best parts about this place is how honest the employees are. When certain repairs just aren't worth it, they've let me know and given advice about cheaper and better options that would benefit me instead of just benefiting them. That's hard to...

I needed to get my laptop repaired since it kept crashing every few minutes. The owner of the shop was very responsive and got back to me in a few minutes to provide a reasonable quote and also recommended other things I can do to avoid having this problem. I called them multiple times to discuss the issue but the owner was very patient and professional. I would say he’s the most knowledgeable person and very genuine. The quote was very reasonable to get the battery replaced. I returned next month to get my husband’s phone screen changed and again the owners were very happy to help. I...
