I did the gym and home gym dance for years and began my first Crossfit experience at Faded Glory. I was immediately greeted, accepted, challenged, and encouraged by a gym turned family of individuals that span the variety of classes. From a 5A HIIT class to 8P functional movement, Faded Glory welcomes all. I'm proud to say I am losing my “dad bod,” and becoming less jiggly! The workouts are very challenging (as they should be). However, they will work with you to modify the workout to your physical fitness ability, no matter the level of your experience.
AXAT North also has foundation classes lead Caitlin Hansley, whom has helped me out tremendously in bettering my lifting techniques. She is very knowledgeable and has a very intelligible way of explaining things.
