Old Mill has amazing meal replacement shakes and very tasty teas! Had an excellent experience with the staff. They knew their products and were very helpful with the questions that were asked. It was very busy when I went in and they apologized for the wait, as it is a to make order. Meaning they don’t make your drink until you order. I have to drive an hour, so I only make it once a week. I went to a sister store closer to me and the customer service and drinks did not compare! Not hoot at all. Can’t wait to get back there next week. My only issue with Old Mill, is trying new teas! I’ve just recently started coming here in the past three months, and at first I absolutely loved it! The past two times I’ve been in there. There’s been a younger girl working that’s extremely rude. I’ve asked questions about a drink the past two times being in there in each time she made me feel stupid asking these questions! Not only did she make me feel stupid but my drinks have been horrible!! I absolutely loved this place at first and sad to go I would stop on my way to work at least 1-2...

On Friday, May 10th the owner was rude and started treating the customers and his staff member horribly. He was “stressed” from call ahead orders and let it affect his attitude towards people. He didn’t respect his worker it seems and he talked to me in a rudely manner. He shewed me off as I was trying to order after trying to ask for 3 drinks he refused to make.
