I would give one star if STACY didn't save the day. Went with my family last night (6/29), they were really busy but our server completely ignored us the whole time we were there. The server went to all the tables around us multiple times and would walk past us, will all of our empty cups at the end of the table, empty salsa bowls & no chips. He came to us to order food and that was it. When he was there to take our order we asked for all three of these things and he said he'd be back. He again would come back to check other tables and bring the same stuff we asked for (the basics in my opinion) but would continue to just walk past us. My dad and mom both got up to ask other people for the things we were out of and no one would come back. I finally got up and found a girl, Stacy, who completely took over and was awesome. Our original server sure came by at the end of the meal to basically say "oh looks like you have everything here's the bill". I will never not tip anyone, so I specifically went to the girl who took over, and tipped her in cash but left nothing for the guy who never came to our table. My family and I used to come here a ton because it's a decent Mexican place. The service has never been good...the staff usually seems overwhelmed and annoyed at all times.

This evening made me never want to come back. My family and I came in, put our name down and told them we had our baby and needed a highchair. 20 mins later we are sat at a high table to which we are rushed to and then aren't given a highchair. We asked for one, the guy brings a booster...I have an 8 month old...she can't sit in a booster, she will slip out of there! So we ask for a highchair...again...he then says he can't bring us one because of the table we are at. So I ask if we can sit anywhere else and he just stairs at me and walks away. My family and I were so appauld we promptly left and will never return again.

It's not hard to sit tables accordingly to their needs, I know, I worked in the service industry for over a decade and have never experienced or seen anything like this.

Be aware of your customers needs, how hard would it have been to make us wait for the next table we could sit with our baby at, not...

I hate to bring their stars down, but unfortunately I cannot with this place anymore. We've recently moved to town and we're struggling to find good Mexican food. Everyone we know tells us to come here, but after today, we will not be spending our time and money here.

The food is okay - and the service gets off the ground okay; however, when you're ready to leave and give them money, I guess you can't? Our last two visits have been extended stays - at least 15-20 min after we're ready to go - due to the fact that our server just ghosts us. I feel the closing of a table should not be difficult, but this is the restaurant that can't quite get it right. On top of that, the guy manning the register tried to walk away as my husband was standing there waiting to pay. I mean....????

I understand staff shortages are a thing right now, and we are generally pretty patient with that. That didn't seem to be the issue here today. There were plenty of people walking around to manage...
