FASHIONAILS — Local services in Braselton

I have used this salon for about a year. Starting off it was great, but over time the service went down hill. I was encouraged that SNS will be great my my nails, and after that my experience were different. They would break shortly after- I was told it was because I asked for them not to be thick and bumpy. Last time I went I asked for the same color on my toes as fingers, and instead of communicating they couldn’t do that they picked colors similar which were not what I wanted! The tech doing my toes changed the color after I ask- she rushed and kept messing up and was frustrated with me -by the next morning my gel polish was off my toes. Stephen went to fix my nails after verifying they put on a color way diff than the color I asked for - he cut every single one of my fingers- as well as being extremely bumpy and uneven. I am beyond frustrated that after being a loyal customer I was treated so poorly. Not one apology was given from the owners or their staff.

I don’t go often but always here. Today’s experience will be my last visit. I only ever get my nails trimmed and painted - I don’t complain that I pay for the full experience because it’s my choice to go without. Today I went with my daughter and although I asked that my nails be shorter the tech apparently felt filing them was enough. No clippers - no grinding - no bed trimming none of that. She hurt me more than once and I said so but she was in such a rush to be done she ignored me. The final straw was when she told me to get out of the chair although my daughter who started before me was still nowhere being done. I pay for the full treatment I should be allowed to sit for the full time. I’m sorry because this is the only time I’ve been treated so rudely but the owner was there and saw her behavior with myself and others and did nothing. I will add my daughters tech knew it was wrong and at least offered help. My tech didn’t even want to put my shoes on....

I would give Fashionails 100 stars if I could! I only trust Fashionails with my nails! My review is not based off of a one time experience but rather off of monthly visits over the last 5 years. Fashionails is consistent with the quality of their services, so I can trust that I will always leave the salon with my nails looking exactly how I want them to. My nails always last a long time (I lift weights and workout and my SNS never chips or breaks in the gym)! The staff and owners are so friendly (like family)! And my nails have never been healthier. There are tons of colors to choose from whether you want sns, gel, polish, or acrylic, and the owners are constantly adding new colors to the selection. The nail techs are experienced and extremely talented and can do everything from classic timeless nail looks to the latest trending designs. Prices are great! I always look forward...
