I received a notification saying my order had been delivered at 7:53pm. I have a note to just leave it at the door. I go to my door and there is nothing there. I wait for a bit thinking ok maybe someone’s coming and their was a glitch in the tracker(has happened before) well 20 mins later still no food. Called the store told them what was going on and their response was well the driver said they dropped it off ..After I repeatedly said nothing was at my door or dropped at my door the manager says , well it’s possible someone came behind him and picked it up! Huh!?!?! One I live in the suburbs, Two I have cameras everywhere and 5 dogs that go insane the moment someone steps foot on my property. The manager literally did not want to fix the issue just kept saying (well he dropped it off ) until I told her I had cameras, then it was oh ok well we’ll just redo it. I order almost every week and that response and customer service to address that type of issue is not ok what so ever or acceptable. High disappointed in how they handled this issue. I don’t know whose house it was left at but it definitely wasn’t mine. I even walked around to my neighbors and nothing was at anyone’s door. I never have issues when they DoorDash the orders out, only when they have their own Pizza Hut drivers deliver. So now the second time around, I sat outside waiting for them. Taking accountability for the driver employees mistake would probably go a long way and prevented this review instead of blaming the invisible...
Read moreNothing went right at all. I asked for light sauce, and that request was ignored. The crust was 2 1/2 inches thick. So I didn’t get much of a cheese and pepperoni pizza. The cheese Alfredo pasta was not fresh at all and was burnt to the sides of the aluminum container. The chocolate chip cookie was not hot it was probably 5 to 6 hours old based on how hard it was. My wings did not arrive on the first delivery. They brought them later, but there was a fist sized dent punched into the top of the wing container. Not sure if that was intentional, but I think the driver was unhappy that He had to drive all the way back with the wings that he forgot. He did not apologize and seemed pretty bothered. When I ate the wings, they tasted worse than 3 day wings from a Chinese restaurant. Cardboard comes to mind to describe how it tasted And they did not ever provide the blue cheese I ordered. Nothing was good about my order. There is no way this store meets any of the requirements for quality that Pizza Hut provides. The owner must not care about any product that is delivered from the store. I’m pretty sure there are many other reviews that show this to be true. There’s only so much trust that you can put into teenagers working for you, especially if you don’t train them and inspect their work.
I’m new to the area and haven’t ordered anything from Pizza Hut in a long time so I thought I’d give them a shot. I Learned my lesson will not ever order from this...
Read moreWish I could leave no stars. This place is a joke and needs to close permanently. I ordered on their website for delivery and was quoted 55 to 65 minutes, cool. At 90 minutes I called to see where my pizza was and they said they door dash hasn't come yet. I did not order through door dash, I ordered through pizza hut. They said they don't have drivers and use door dash. I never would have done delivery if this was stated ahead of time.
Door dasher picked up my pizza and wings 2 hours later and when they delivered it the seal on my pizza was broken. The driver admitted he gave my pizza to the other delivery he had. This was due to pizza huts lack of identifying information on whose pizza is whose. The wings had no sauce and were disgusting. 3 hours I still had no food.
I was delivered food that someone else opened and did who knows what to it and was left waiting for 3 hours because of management's...
