Well it was a Saturday morning June 4th when I was getting ready for a big day.I went to start my car and my battery was dead. I got a jump from my Daughter and I headed for O'Reilly's. When I arrived luckily they were not to busy. I walked up to the counter and met a fella name Dave.I told him what I needed and with in 5 minutes he had it on the counter ready to buy. I ask him if had time to change it out for me and he said sure just give me a minute.15 seconds later he grabbed some tools and the battery off the counter and headed out the door asking me witch car was mine. With in twenty minutes he had me back on the road again. I was so thankful that the following weekend I BBQ a big thick juicy pork steak and baked potato and brought it to him for lunch. I would like to tell the O'Reilly Auto store Company what a superb employee you have working for you. I've owned a swimming pool Co., for 44 years. Built in ground swimming through out St Louis area, and I wish I had such a employee like Dave working for my Company. Because of Dave, I and my employees will be doing business only with O'Reilly's Auto Parts Co. Again thank you Dave you saved...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever been thru. Not only did some employee take our credit card info over the phone (after being put under the impression by this person, that we could pay for the part needed that way) but when I arrived at the store, they pretty much laughed in my face, stating that did not happen, due to the fact that that is against store policy!! Seriously??
The girl behind the counter, needs an attitude check and a new job. She pretty much told me I was screwed, my car is unfixable (im sorry did i walk into a auto repair shop? is that your place to say?) because what I was looking for did not exist. Soooo, because she doesnt know what it is, it must not exist? The part would obviously exist, if am in there showing a picture of it, giving the part name and looking for it, so her answers and smugness was unacceptable.
So not only are they scandalous individuals. They are completely un-knowledgeable, ignorant and rude. I will never be back to this place again, and if i ever get a chance to bad mouth this O'Reilly's on the Rock Rd, I will...
Read moreIn my years since I was a child and first started to work on my own car I have never had an experience this bad at an O'Reilly's. I went in to get oil for my car and when I asked if they had any of the oil I needed in the back after double checking there entire oil section, the only answer I got was belittling and beyond unprofessional. For someone to appeared to be a leader I am shocked to see that behavior. And as the newer worker actually helped me he proceeded to make unnecessary comments and even talk about smocking weed while on the clock. I even told a few of my coworkers and even they said that's wild. I will be taking my entire family and my girlfriend's entire family and all of my friends to another auto parts store from now on. That experience has permanently left a bad taste in my mouth. 10/10 would not recommend. I did not serve this country in the United States marine corp as an 0311 infantryman to be treated with such disrespect. This is not what I fought for and it makes...
