Used to always go with them but never again z Turned in my watch last Thursday with a small crack in the corner it still worked etc I just thought the crack was ugly. He told me 195 to fix a watch screen.

He we are days later still not fixed keeps givin me the run around sayin he keeps gettin defective screens up until Thursday of the next week I just went in because he keeps bullshttn me so I go in to see my watch completely destroyed has super glue all on it and the screen is completely hangin off and destroyed even more and all he said was sorry baby idk.

Took it somewhere else and the guy here said he broke your wires and destroyed ur watch even more.

No compensation no nothing. If you didn’t know how to fix an Apple Watch why say yes and then over charge?

Took phone in for broken screen - screen was repaired for $90 but speaker didn’t work. So went back and forth a little and he charged me $45 more for the speaker. Speaker continues to not work - can’t make a voice call. Only WhatsApp or FaceTime calls works for some reason. Took it back twice and both times he said to just restart the phone bc it’s “tweaking.” He said I need to remove storage and do an update. I politely said those aren’t related to the speaker but he insists my phone is tweaking and to just keep it reboot every time which is not a feasible solution. I paid to have the speaker fixed and it is not nor was he able to fix it. He claimed 30 day warranty. Real nice guy but I wasted several trips there wasting time just to be told to get...

This Was the first time I ever went to this place, and as soon as I came in with my device that was broken, they kindly explained to me what was required, and the cost that fast. All I had to do was give them some time and they fixed it within the same day. I brought in a broken iPad and they replaced it good as new and I’m very happy with the result.
