White Castle — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Typical white castle food, I mean what would you expect? They really never disappoint unless they mess up the order or the burgers are cold. I particularly am fond of the crave cases! 'kin ell I'm getting hungry. Service in the drive-thru is also great if you love wondering if your order is complete and everything is in the bag since they never say anything after handing it to you. Whereupon it is your guess to just drive away after. Gone are the days of "thanks for your business, have a nice day" but I digress.

PRO TIP: I definitely would use the drive thru only though-- because every time I go in to order..there will always be someone (sometimes a customer, other times randoms walking in off the street from one entrance to the other egress) yelling "scuse me boss, hey bro, AYE DAWG AY, lemme holla real quick, yo big man..." at you either before you order or while you wait for your order.

One time i got accused of being a "fed" for not wanting to give someone $8 so he can take the bus to go see his terminally ill last-day-on-earth dying mom at the hospital to pull the plug. Told him it was a no go. I explained to him why i denied to provide for his lies. Turns out he didn't realize that he asked me that two weeks prior as well when he needed money for gas($8 in cash)to put into his little jerrycan stage prop for his car that ran out of gas a few blocks away. "So, what you a fed? Are you following me or something?" Respected the dedication to the performance and confidence though. Gave him a $10 bill. Would be great on Broadway which I will tell him when I inevitably see him again.

But thats neither here nor there, nothing to do with white castle...just trying to illustrate the vibe/scenario/aesthetics. Also one time I had to use the restroom and walked in on a dude crapping into a backpack.

Otherwise, a nice quick place to grab some classic sliders. Chicken rings are fire too. Oh and the mozzarella sticks! Don't sleep on the...

I don't know if it's laziness, incompetents, or both. I went to go pick up an order and arrived on White Castle property around 4:10am. There were 5 cars in front of me. I did not drive off property until 5:03am. I had always stayed away from this particular White Castle because my last experience wasn't a good one. However, seeing as how that was a few years ago I figured I'd give it another try. I was WRONG!!! I get to the window and after a good 15 minutes or so I finally got the food, but he didn't give me my drinks. So I just sat there. He finally sees me and asked "what you need?" And maybe I was wrong in my thinking, but in that question it just felt like I was bothering HIM because HE didn't give me MY drinks. Because anything coming out of my mouth in that moment would not have been pleasant, I give a hand motion like I'm drinking, he replies "oh the drinks". Looks up at the monitor that's pretty much right in his face and sees what kinds of drinks to get. Then he starts handing them to me one at a time, so I asked "do you have a cup holder?". He gets the holder, puts the drinks in and hands them to me, I pull off almost an hour later. This is THE worse White Castle I've ever been too. And I'm not exaggerating.

I understand that this job is not glamorous and you're not making a ton of money, but at least have some type of pride in what you do for yourself. Then take that and either work your way up or get a better job. I will never understand people who are just trash at their job and just go about it like that should be the norm, not to mention the supervisors/managers that are okay with it. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There will not be a third. Will never come back to this...

This place blows! Been in the area about 4 years went to this location atleast 5 times max 10, and id say 3 times I ate inside 3 4 times i got drive through and stood in line after ordering minimum 30 minutes no matter if there was 5+ cars in front of me or no cars in front of me,

regardless any fast food spot i go to i know to check the food before I leave because with fast food you get your order wrong or cold or someome else's food, and I can say at this place they done all 3 to me, on top of the fact that the wait times are 30 minutes and up no matter the time of day, everytime I came here I always have to take the food back inside cause it's wrong and here's the best part of this review

there's always a line of people who also got the wrong food and are now going to wait 20+ minutes a a time to get their food right, and believe me when I say I I atleast 5 6 people after waiting 30 minutes just get fed up and say just give me the money back keep the food

if you have all the time in the world and have the hunger for white castle and don't mind having to deal with getting the wrong food and waiting to get your food done right then give it a try cause I will say when done right it's just as good as any white castle, hire more people, hire people that actually listen and try to work or shut it down and put something else up until then a 2 star rating is the absolute best this place...
