New Wok — Restaurant in Bremen Township

This establishment was recommended to my by two different people, so I was really excited about trying it. However, my experience with the restaurant before I actually got to try the food turned me off. 1st there is no recent online menu. So, I called to ask where I could find their lunch specials. The lady on the phone said what do you want to eat we can make a lunch special. Well, I don't know what I want because I can't see a menu. I decided to get in my car and place a pick up order. While in line to place my order, I notice a extremely faded handwritten sign that barely read "Cash Only". Cash only! In 2025! Girl, bye! I'm not paying a fee to use the ATM next door for the privilege of withdrawing my own money for a $10.00 meal. No, thank you. That tidbit of information, along with a current menu would be something they should...

Would give a 5, but for some reason you need to ask for extra ingredients to make the food the way it was made in the past. For example, we have to order extra bean sprouts, eggs, and onions for the shrimp fried rice because if you don't, they are barely any in there. But when it's made with extra, it's the best around. While waiting in there on a busy day I noticed some people ask for no green onions or no beans sprouts so I think you would even out if they just added what should be added to normal orders. I'd eat it around 2 times...

10-31-22 I visited this restaurant and got a Mongolian beef lunch special with an egg roll. I found hair in my food in the middle of me eating. I called and told them I had hair in my food and the lady tells me “ I don’t know how you have hair in food when we wear hair nets”.

Fast forward I went to take my food back & a cook came to the front with no hair net on and I said I thought y’all wear hair nets. She got mad a told me “I CAN EAT IT. ITS JUST HAIR”
