The associates are the people who make this store. I give it two stars for some serious reasons and maybe the company will realize their errors at this location.

Management at this location barely cares about their employees. They talk to their janitorial team poorly even though they are the ones there to keep the place sanitized and cleaned to prevent the spread of covid-19.

The janitorial supervisor does not even care about his workers to the point that they are expected to only get 4 hours of sleep then come back to work. The janitorial supervisor also takes ideas from his associates and steals them as his own to impress management just to make himself look good.

The operations manager is also very disrespectful in a professional way. This job is a union job and she will work hard to make it that you don't get to see a union rep if you ask for one. She will say things like, "the union doesn't need to be involved in something like this" don't listen to her, you as a worker have ALL rights to a union rep at ANYTIME you are at work. She will try to belittle you without you realizing it.

BE WARNED!!! ANYTHING you sign keep a copy! ANYTHING that makes you feel uncomfortable signing ASK FOR A UNION REP! The operations manager will try to tell you, you can only have a union rep if you are being written up or punished, that is NOT true and is in fact an INFRINGEMENT on your right to access to a union rep. BE WARNED! The operations manager will trick you into saying something isn't a write up but actually is and will be used against you! REQUEST A UNION REP AT ANYTIME SHE HAS YOU SIGN SOMETHING!

This location is a horrific location to work for. I would never shop at a place that the employees are treated poorly and are not given access to...

if you want one of the worst haircuts imaginable then this is the place for you. I went here just trying to get my hair trimmed but instead i got it all shaved off and miss-shapen in a matter of 3 mins, didn't even line me up in the back 10/10 i have a m shape in the back of my head now. called and the guy said "let me take a look at it" do you think i'm gonna let you look at my hair??? you just gave me a white redneck kid who's mom does his hair and cuts it look. why would i want you to look at my hair. so much for getting a degree in haircuts before you are allowed to work on peoples hair. almost feels like every nex barber has a degenerative...

Never buy furniture there! We bought a couch 7(!!!) weeks ago. They didn’t have it in the color we wanted but ordered it and said it would take 2-4 weeks to get there.
