Sirens — Restaurant in Bremerton

Absolutely the worst bar my wife and I have ever been to. Came here after work to eat after reading all the good reviews. I would give this place a negative 10.

We sat down and waited for over 15 minutes. No acknowledgement, no greeting. Finally I walked up and ordered 2 Moscow mules, a large Surpreme Pizza, Deep fried mushrooms, and a salad.

After 15 minutes and still didn't get our drinks. I walked up asked where are our drinks? She said right here at the bar. Another 15 minutes passed and our Deep fried mushrooms came. No sauce. Just mushrooms. I asked for ranch and that took 10 minutes. And when she checked back she wanted to apologize for charging my card to someone else's tab.

10 minutes later we got our Surpreme Pizza. She told us be careful it's hot. We received no plates and no spatula. The pizza came with olives. I don't eat olives. I let the waitress know. She said the Surpreme comes with olives. I showed them the menu. It said no olives. When it was finally time to leave she went out to take a long smoke break. I don't know why she had to take a break from doing nothing. Current...

I’ve been here a couple times and the vibe is super fun we love an LGBTQ safe space but the service is lackluster as best. I’m empathetic to an overwhelmed worker and have been a dive bar back before, but it’s fairly consistent that the regulars or bartenders buddies get serviced much better, I don’t rock with bars like that. Why can someone get service whispering into your ear from the well, but I’ve been standing at the POS trying to close out for 15 minutes. Why are you outside smoking with customers when I still haven’t received a drink. I’m trying to stay open minded but it’s been a consistent enough issue that I most likely will try to avoid it in the future. Ive held off on making a review multiple times, ive also mentioned it to the workers multiple times. Any time i call to order a pizza, i call at least 10-15 times. Nobody answers, then i drive there and walk in and its quiet. Only a handful of people there. Its completely unprofessional, not good for business and if they have a phone, they should answer it! The worker wasnt doing anything but talking when i walked in.

Edit to add. A year later & as of right now I've called 8 times. Ik they are open. They are just to lazy. Sometimes the answer & just hang up, other times they take the phone off the hook. So much for a " decent business " this place is trash! Why pay for a phone if you arent going to answer it! Rude ass...
