Managerial overhaul. The workers aren't given enough time to properly prep their stations out with sandwich ingredients before this shipyards lunch hour starts. When you show up to order lunch, it takes a long time and they have to stop to prep things that aren't ready, the line gets long, so what do people-oriented instead? Order ahead online. Unfortunately, when you do this, 50% of the time you will return to your shop with a bag full of sandwiches for your crew that are all unmarked because they aren't trained to do that. After you open them all to figure out which sandwich is which, everyone digs into theirs only to find its been made wrong, isn't toasted, and ingredients are missing from their order. They should rename this Subway Catch 22. In summation, if you have the time, order in person and you will eventually receive a well made, tasty sando. When you pay for a premium sandwich and the premium ingredient is not on the sandwich, there's a problem. First time, I contacted the company. I declined coupons for freebies that was offered; I asked only that I get what I paid for in future and was assured they would resolve this.
