I was having problems with an electric table saw motor that I had replaced a bearing in. I didn't get it back together right and at that point I figured that I should let an expert solve the backwards rotation problem rather than chance screwing it up. As it worked out, I wasted my time and money going to Red's. The tech couldn't pin down the problem so he told me that it must be a short in the windings. Kudos to the Boss Tim and his two savvy well gurus Ian and Connor! Job...
Read moreI went in looking for a capacitor, because I was working on my garage door opener. Not only did they have the capacitor I needed but also tested the capacitor I had, which turned out to be just fine. Instead of taking advantage of me they used their multimeter to test and show me that mine was still good. Really appreciated it because I went back to work on the garage door opener and turns out it was the logic board that had fried a little. Some copper wire with a little solder and the door is working just fine, thank you Red's for your honesty and...
