Worst customer service. I future ordered a pizza which means I picked a time in advance for the pizza to be delivered. I realize that they could get busy on a Friday night which is why I would future mode a pizza they can fit the order in their que. When the delivery time went past I checked the tracker and it said my order would be delivered 2 hours later than my original schedule. They associate the orders with a phone number could someone have called to give me the option to cancel my order if they knew they were not going to deliver? I didn’t get a call, yet when I called the store a call center answers then transfers my call to the store. Three times I was asked to hold and were hung up on. My fourth call I got a nice person but helpless because the manager, Robert wouldn’t even take my call when he was the last person to hang up on me. When I was talking to Robert he said they were busy, I said I realized it which is why I future ordered. Hopefully, enough customers will read this review and you won’t have to worry about being too busy ever again.
Just to conclude, as I am writing this review the pizza is over an hour late my fourth call I was planning cancelling the order because but I was told 30 minutes ago it was out for delivery. Read moreIt's Thursday, I ordered online at 10:01pm(pretty much the same order I get everytime except I added brownies this time). The website states I should get my order in 30 mins. At about 10:45pm I try and call them to find out where my order is & no one is answering the phone at all. You can't even place an order over the phone because they are not answering the phones at all. I called 4x & no one ever answered the phone. I finally get thru to the overflow center & they cant even get ahold of this store. An hour after I ordered the driver finally shows up with not even warm food, and the order isn't even correct(the pizza is completely wrong). I used to be a regular customer of this store, but if I can't even get ahold of anyone at this store to find out where my order is when it's 45+ minutes late, then you don't need my business anymore. How can you run a business & not answer your phones during business hours?? You have lost a customer Pizza Hut. Not only this, but they are charging extra for their brownies now for "extra toppings or cheese" on brownies. What kind of BS is that? Who orders brownies with cheese on it??? Read moreThis place is a joke! I’m in town visiting friends. Got back to my room pretty late so decided to order pizza. At 9:30 on a Thursday 20 minutes later it says my order has been delivered. It’s not so I call only to get rerouted to a call center that tells me they’ll connect me to the store an hour and a half later no one‘s picked up the phone so I head to the store. It is now 1130 at night, I bang on the door because the inside is closed at this point the delivery driver comes to the door and says he delivered it to the wrong room because that’s what it said on the ticket I tell him no it says my room number here’s my confirmation email with my room number up there he then goes and gets his manager. I tell him I want a refund your delivery driver is lazy and the only reason he didn’t want to come to my room is because it was on the fifth floor and the room.
