I took my Invicta watch in to have him replace the battery and silicone band. After two days I went to pick it up. A pin was broke, not ordered to replace, or call me inform me he couldn't fix it. I can see he just gave up, and to pick up my broken watch, battery not replaced he charged me $150 & sent me on my way. Very disgraceful business behavior. He changes prices on his estimates also had a ring made at the price of $150 to pick it up he charged $180. Very dishonest jeweler. This is a WARNING STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. TURNING THIS COMPLAINT OVER TO THE B.B.B. He doesn't give receipts or written estimates. Very bad business. Now he denies working, breaking my watch pin. The $150 ring estimate was a typo. 1st price was $150, my gold I furnished! I received it with wax all over it, it had to be cleaned up by another jeweler. Malone if you deny working on my watch I have the receipt when I dropped it off. Also if you don't have an Invicta account why is it when you walk into your jewelry store first to the left you sell nothing but Invicta watches?? I think you need to get your story straight before you start lying to the public and the people who pay your bills. This is not a bogus review it is an honest review in a warning to those who do not know why would I lie over $50 I'm a disabled Army veteran I'm a honest man and I give you honest work and you gave me dishonest results and now you're trying to cover it up. If you don't have an invicted account then why are you selling invicta watches on the left side of your jewelry store right when you walk in the door to the left you have nothing but Invicta's that you sell there. So Pensacola you tell me who's bogus? You were there 35 years and it was a good store when your father was alive but since your father passed your store has been gone downhill and every jeweler in Pensacola says the same...

My husband took his Invicta watch in with a new band, he asked for the band changed, and replace the battery. We went 2 days later, and my husband's watch pin (special) was broken,and Malone stated he couldn't fix it. However; Malone never called my husband about the issue that he broke the special order pin, also stated he couldn't fix it. Send it to Invicta!! Then Malone charged him $50 for giving him his unfinished watch, broke pin, and charged $50!! Ridiculous!! Dishonest business!! What professional jeweler treats his clients so disrespectful, and my husband took it to Bryson's jewelers!! They stated if a jeweler brakes something it's his responsibility to replace it. Horrible experience. He states not Invicta certified to work on, though he did, and broke the special ordered pin that holds the strap in place, ( not a normal pin) However; he sells them, though uncertified, with no Invicta account to order parts from? He sells Invicta watches!!

Why didn't he have the curtousy to inform my husband he broke the pin, and could not fix the watch! He never called to inform anything until we went to pick it up. Charged my husband $50 to pick up a broken unfinished watch, we feel he should of called and said something and replaced the pin at his cost, it was fine when he gave it to him.
