This whataburger is by far the worst I have been to in pensacola. I can honestly say I will not go back I ordered a #25 with an orange juice on Saturday and it was cold so I called and talked to Stevie and he said no problem ma'am bring your receipt and we will fix it. I was fine with that however I returned this morning with my receipt and I was treated terrible by the front cashier named lync or simular she began to say oh you should have called and I was lying and she fixed my food correctly, and the manager lanie who was very rude also let the cashier speak to me in that manner and didn't say a word or apologize. The front cashier stated to me she didn't need this job, so I asked her why did she clock in, she became very confrontational with me which was disrespect. But to the young lady who has the blonde short hair I appreciate you calling your gm johnnie for me and diffusing the situation. And telling the cashier not to talk to me like that.But Ultimately I will eat else where because that young lady really ruined my day and paying customers deserve...
Read moreI showed up at this establishment at 7:05am when they are supposed to open the lobby at 7:00am and the doors did not open. So I thought ok they didn’t turn on the doors. So I go to open the doors that were unlocked and was extremely rudely informed by the manager that was just walking in that the lobby was not open til 7am. I told him it was 7:05am and he said that they couldn’t open because the employees were late. To me sounds like you need to fire this manager first of all for being so rude. And secondly sounds like you need new employees at this location if they can’t get to work on time. I will not be coming back to this location for a while until some changes are made. I was very offended especially since I waited til after 7am to go in.
I would have gone through the drive thru if it wasn’t a mile long and it didn’t take 30 minutes to get your food there. They have two drive thru lines and they both need to be utilized at peak times...

The wait was short, food was fresh and hot, and condiments were already packed in the bags. However, tonight’s experience was the complete opposite. We had ordered a kids justaburger meal only to be rudely told at the window that they were out of “small meat”. I then asked for a regular size pattie but maybe that complicated things because we were at the window for another 10-15 min while the employee switched the job over to another employee without saying anything so we had to repeat our orders even though we had paid. The food was even more of a disappointment. The cheeseburger bun was covered in grease and the patty melt was also sloppy and greasy. We felt yucky after.
