Krystal — Restaurant in Florida

It's just amazing how a restaurant that's not even busy every time you pass by. There's no cars here ever but the one time you do decide you want some Krystal's and you have a taste for some and you pull up in a drive-thru and you have two cars in front of you and five behind you and soon as You pull up through the drive-thru to place your order. No one acknowledges or says anything until after 9 or 10 minutes. One thing most restaurants know is customer service and good customer service is a must. Always acknowledge your customers when they pull up through the drive-thru even if you just have to tell them to wait a minute. But not saying anything for about 10 minutes is a major problem. And then whenever you get the food the food is not even up to par like it should be. The buns are not soft like they normally are. It's like the top of them are hard and toasted. And the patties didn't even taste fresh. I definitely will not be coming here again to the Krystal's on Fairfield in Pensacola, Florida. So what I did was since I had a bad experience here. I ended up driving to the other one on 9th and airport boulevard and my order was taken right when I pulled up to the drive-thru and the food was good and it was fresh and the customer service was really good. I really hate to have to give this one star. I really try to patronize this business. I come to this business quite often on my way to work. Most of the time it is closed. I usually come around 6 to 615 sometimes 6:30 in the morning. If it is a Sunday or a Saturday morning you can forget it! I suppose that the staff that supposed to work that morning who have partied the night before and can’t get up the next morning to get to work it is ridiculous! I go out of my way to come there and the restaurant is closed. And also have gotten uncooked grits , Runny grits as well! Please get some more staff that take pride in their work! Don’t get me wrong there are a few good staff there. But they can’t do it alone. Please! Please!! Work on this issue! We need you to be open when you are supposed to be . And to be open in time enough for the grits to be cooked properly. No one wants Runny grits or uncooked grits! Thank you in advance for handling this issue!!! I truly mean no disrespect...

A close friend of mine and I were just there about 1 hour ago. The table tops were dirty and the General Manager had a bad attitude. I say that becuz he came around to see if everyone was ok which was very nice of him. So, I told him NO i am not ok, cuz I'm still hungry I need 2 more Krystals. So his reply was very distasteful. I was only teasing about the 2 Krystals. So then he came around spraying Faboulous everywhere while there were a lot of customers still around and it caused 1 customer to leave because he couldn't take the smell. I understand the fact that, he wanted to clean up and make it smell clean but that should've been done when it was less crowded in there. So those are the 2 reasons why I won't visit there anymore, as a done in customer and I give1 star.
