Mark decided to charge me double for making him stay until 5 pm. Arrived 15 minutes before close and he became irate. Over charged me $600. It took him longer to adjust the price in the computer than it did to cut the wire and still walked out the door before 5 pm. I called the following day to follow up about the price increase (which I didn’t catch until after I left), they refunded me the over charged amount after another 50 mile trip to Pensacola. One person stated I was charged extra (double) for an “overtime rate”, clearly my receipt showed checked out before 5 PM. The manager stated there was no “overtime rate” that he would handle the situation. When I arrived for my refund Mark wouldn’t look at me, nor offered an apology. I waited several months to post a review because I didn’t want to do so while mad, but others need to beware of Mark and watch your receipts. Dear Mr. Embry I know this has to hurt to be a victim of this. I can’t imagine the suffering that you’re going through. I’m gonna make a couple suggestions just so you don’t have to go through anything like this again anywhere. Be respectful for other peoples time, if you know it’s getting close to quitting time try not to be overly needy that’s could put somebody in a bad mood who has plans or has kids at home some of that effect. We went into their showroom today, at 1030 AM to purchase a floor lamp for our home. There were four employees siting at deals, doing nothing. Not one of them got up and greeted us, even though there was no one else in the store. When one of them did ask what we wanted, we stated we were looking for a floor lamp for our home.
