Jan '23 Update - Ordered online and tried to pickup in the drive thru. I was told by the employee on the speaker that my order hadn't reached their system so I would have to park, to inside, and wait at the counter because I couldn't wait in the drive thru. Having to park and leave my vehicle in inclement weather totally defeats the purpose of ordering online, particularly in the sketchy neighborhood where this restaurant is located, and there is no difference between ordering at the drive thru speaker, then waiting in the car at the window and ordering online, then waiting in the car at the window. This restaurant continues to be sensless and it will certainly be another three uears before I try again.
Terrible experience. I ordered and paid online specifically to avoid entering the restaurant and interacting directly with people due to the current public health crisis. When I pulled to the drive thru speaker, I was told online orders must be picked up in person inside. When I questioned this bizarre information, a female employee said to me, "That's a personal preference. If you don't like the policy, you can call you own employer and tell them you refuse to do your job correctly." 1. My "personal preference" is to follow the advice being given for the health of the general public. 2. The second part of that comment is not relevant. 3. Even I had been willing to enter, this store is not in a safe neighborhood and two "unwelcoming" individuals were standing in front of the door. Further, the employee stopped answering my questions after making her rude comment. I could hear a male voice mumbling through the speaker, but received no further assistance. The only way to cancel an online order is to call an 800 number which I did and now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Chicken is not worth all this. If in-store pickup is required, that should be indicated on the website at the time of ordering. This was a terrible experience and I will not return. This occurred on Thursday, March 4 at...

I went in a last week to order me 30 hot wings around 8sum at night. The wings looked like the oil was really bad or the wings was old. I then go back up there the next day to show the manager the pictures of my wing and she remade them for me and the new wing looked the same way. I was very upset because the manager tried to make me look stupid by telling me there's nothing wrong with them and that no one else complained but me. I told her that I am a Chef and I know how wings should look. I left and didnt get the wings or money back because this really upsets me. First thing was use rest room and wash hands Rest room toilet was Disgusting dried poop all over on the inside of the toilet. 11 AM they just opened and the bathroom looked like that ??😱 Ordered the buffet Sat down on food that was stuck to this seat. Underneath our booth was all kind of food and garbage from the night before. Looked over at the window and it had food smeared all over it . Window Ledge had chicken crumbs everywhere .
