I had one mediocre experience with this shop followed by a downright unpleasant one. Apparently nearly no-one in this store understands how to be polite to customers or how wholly inappropriate it is to ask personal questions of people who just come in for a few supplies. If you're dropping in for some juice and some coils you shouldn't need to field questions about why you want the strength you want nor should you have to be told that your equipment is "out of date". An innokin cool fire IV and a kanger aerotank mega aren't the newest pieces of tech but insulting me isn't really gonna encourage me to buy a single damn thing from here ever again.

Moreover, on a health and safety criticism, nicotine vapor after being exhaled still contains a significant amount of nicotine which hasn't been absorbed. As a result, having a children in a room that's nearly opaque with vapor is not safe for children but it's especially unsafe for infants, like the infant I saw being breastfed while being cloaked in vapor. You'd think that a vapor store so close to a courthouse might think twice before ignoring possible legal liabilities but some people just don't think about the health of children...

My experience is these people go above and beyond their job. They opened their door to help us before they were even open, they are the only shop every that keeps the most unpopular flavor and nicotine level on reserve for just 1 customer. They have to quality service and the best new vape stuff, they even give free coffee which I like. If anything get that. You almost if not feel like you are with your family but better because these are knowledgeable and know what the hell they are talking about. They fix my pen every week and put up with my refusal to change, they never stop until they get the order perfect. I can’t tell you how many times these people went out of their way to make sure that me and many other people got their flavors perfect. It’s the best shop. This was my first vape shop I have ever been to, and I have yet to find another one like it. Everyone that works there is extremely passionate about what they do, and it shows. The customer service has been nothing but excellent. I am surprised almost every time I am in there on how accommodating they can be. They can be very busy, but bear with it. They have always made sure that I left the shop happy, and I have. I haven't really had enough juices to compare them to anyone, but I am very happy with the juices they make in house. I would much rather spend a little extra money supporting this business than finding a cheaper place or buying online.
