Do you need a computer, help or repair? You definitely need to visit DSI and talk to Steve. I'm computer illiterate but he took the time to ask me about my needs and then to explain everything to me for options. I walked out with a nice set-up and plenty of info to get me started. A couple weeks later I went back to buy more stuff and he even bought some old laptops that people had given me. Steve is always willing to stop and talk to me when I drop in with a new question. He never makes you feel dumb if you don't know, instead he's eager to share his knowledge and guide you in the right direction. I recently found out he even does websites so my organization will have him build ours when we're ready. Read moreI am very happy and pleased with the service I received at DSI. I was having an issue with my computer going through a VPN and I couldn't figure out why it was doing that. I never remembered clicking on anything, but Steve from DSI was able to figure it out and fix me up. Very reasonably priced. All I had to pay with the diagnostic fee of $55.00. He did say if I wanted to get more Ram he could do that too, but he didn't push me to make that decision and understood when I said I needed to wait.
