I went here for duck food and I found this amazing puppy, her name is daisy. When we had opened the duck food it was moldy and all clumpy because of water (it stank and was just ewwwww) , so we brought it back and they happily exchanged the bag with no question or difficulties. Apparently this has been happening because of a werid shipment, we got another bag and again moldy, so we are going back again! But the customer service is 300/10 stars and they make it easy! Give these people a raise!!! EDIT: we went back and they opened another bag in front of us and was instantly grossed out by the mold, they gave us another bag and had told us it was free after everything we...

To all the dog owners that bring your dogs with you... If they bite don't bring them or don't ask an employee to put your items into your car where the dog is. My fiancee works here and just got bit by a Rottweiler in some man's car because he was doing his job. Sorry this isn't a review, just hoping people will see this and think before letting a stranger that's just doing thier job near your pet that could harm them... This store is great and the employees work very hard to please the customers. I couldn't imagine if this had been worse or if that dog had gotten out and hurt...

The service was adequate, it's usually a better experience for me. The person at the front of the store had to call out back for some assistance in finding something. She gave me the impression that I was making her go out of her way, so she was a little annoyed that she had to do this task. But that was the only time that's ever happened to me every other time I've been in the store it's been a five-star experience always helpful. Maybe she was just having a bad day it...
