had the worst customer service experience imaginable last evening. I have been to this salon several times and was absolutely happy with my cut and experience by the staff and owner Danni. During one of my visit I mentioned I was looking for a colorist so he suggested I try one of his staff. My daughter was getting married last April so I scheduled an appointment with one of the operator/colorist, she did a beautiful job, just what I wanted. I called a week or so ago and tried to schedule with the same operator but she was not available for a few weeks. The receptionist suggested I try Lanna. My appointment with her was last evening at 6:15. I was called by the receptionist earlier in the day because Lanna had a cancellation, asking could I come in sooner. I explained unfortunately I couldnât get out of work any earlier, that I would be there by 6:30. The receptionist confirmed and said we will see you then. It was a mistake on my part, assuming my appointment was at 6:30. However, did not realize until I was on my way and received another call at 6:25 asking if I was on my way for my appointment that was 6:15. I immediately apologized and said I thought it was at 6:30. I said I was on my way coming over the bridge and would be there asap. When I arrived there was no available parking. I had to park a block away, this made me even more uncomfortable because I was already later than expected. As I opened the door the receptionist asked if I was Lisa. I apologized for the inconvenience. Lanna was standing at the desk, turned around to look at me and said youâre late, your appointment was at 6:15. I responded by saying I was sorry I thought it was 6:30. She stated she was waiting since 4pm. I responded, it wasnât my fault, she said it doesnât matter, again she said your late. She commanded, get changed Iâll see what I can do. I felt so uncomfortable nor did I want someone who was going âto see what she could doâ to my hair. So I said il just reschedule. Lanna said im going to charge you half if you do that. I was so annoyed I said where do I change thinking if I am being charged i should receive a service. I asked where do I change, she pointed to the bathroom. I put on a gown and came out. She was standing in front of 2 chairs and just looked at me. Not asking me to have a seat. So I asked where do I sit? She looked at me and said; âYou look like youâre going to STAB MEâ! I could not believe what she said!! She was holding a color styling comb with a pointed side. I said; I am leaving this was not appropriate. I will not sit and pay someone and be treated like this. I got changed into my clothes and proceeded to leave she said youâll be charged. I responded and said Iâm not paying for anything. As I was walking out the door she said yes you will! My credit card was apparently on file without my knowledge and charged without my approval or signature. I have contacted my bank and am disputing the charges. I had another appointment on Friday with Danni for a cut. I called and canceled. Unfortunately, Will never go...
   Read moreMy appointment was for a haircut 3 weeks ago. I did not need styling just a straight around trim with side bangs for my shoulder length, naturally curly/wavy hair. The stylist, Marissa, did not come out to greet me or look at my hair before it was shampooed, a bad sign I thought. The shampooer greeted me and I liked the head massage she gave me. It has taken me years to grow out layers. Marissa decided to put layers back in. I hate it every time I wash it now as the curls stick out when it dries naturally. I told her I always let my hair dry naturally. She said she would blow it dry, I assumed she would use a diffuser but instead she used a brush, very different look for me. The next day it looked terrible so I had to wash it and let it dry naturally. I am very unhappy, especially as was charged $60 for a trim.    Read moreI have been a customer of this salon for 7+ years spending over $400 each time I visit because I get the keratin treatment, a hair cut , and sometimes color. I had an appointment on a tuesday morning that I had to cancel due to a personal reason. When I tried to call Sunday and Monday they were closed. I called Tuesday morning and was told I will be charged $150 next time I come in because I didnât call them 24 hours in advance. When I explained that I tried to but they were closed I was rudely told âthatâs what answering machines are for.â Who cancels an appointment through an answering machine? Not to mention they have cancelled on me several times the day of. Things come up and this is the first time I have ever had to cancel the day of.
