Cover Up — Local services in Brigham City

I contacted this business to make 3 shirts for me which were to be a gift for my grandchildren as they are to be “big sister”. They told me that it would be 7-10 days I gave them an image I liked and they assured me that they could do that. So instead of ordering them online I decided to try and support this local business. Which was a HUGE mistake, the communication through the 10 days was very little through email. They sent me an image to approve which was not even close to what I had asked for but because of time frame I thought we would make it work, I asked if they could change color but of course no response so I thought ok let’s go with it. Did not hear from them so I emailed Friday they said they were going to have them done that day. I heard nothing from them so I called Monday they said they were done so I went to pick them up and they looked terrible the newborn was blurry the little sister image did not fit right on shirt. The customer service rep acted as she did not care and admitted they just did them that morning and it did not work. Very dissatisfied and truly regret not just ordering online.
