I want to support small businesses, but my experience here was disappointing. When I asked if my order could be done faster, I was told 5 days. I didn’t hear anything during that time, and now I’m on day 12 without the product I paid for. Meanwhile, an online distributor offered a 10-day shipping promise that would have been met.

The bigger issue is how my concern was handled. Instead of feeling respected as a customer, I felt blamed for asking questions. I understand this is a small business and respect the work that goes into handmade items, but respect needs to go both ways.

Because of this experience, I won’t be placing additional orders. I’ll be choosing another company that communicates clearly and values...
